玻璃体切除术对复杂性眼外伤的治疗效果

Efficacy of vitrectomy in the treatment of complex ocular trauma

目的评价复杂眼外伤采用玻璃体切除术的治疗效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年2月46例(46眼)复杂眼外伤的临床资料,全部患者接受玻璃体切除术,观察疗效和并发症情况,比较患者术前术后视力。结果46例复杂眼外伤中术后解剖治愈同时达到视力的提高者34眼,仅解剖治愈11眼,未治愈1眼,手术成功率97.83%。术后并发症发生率17.39%。术前视力0.05及以上者3例(6.52%),术后视力0.05及以上者17例(36.96%),术后视力明显改善(χ2=6.867,P=0.018)。结论玻璃体切除术用于复杂眼外伤的治疗,能减少并发症,提高视功能。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of vitrectomy for complex ocular trauma.Methods The clinical data of 46 eyes of 46 patients with complex ocular trauma from Jan.2017 to Feb.2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients received vitrectomy.The efficacy and complications were observed and the visual acuity were compared between before and after operation.Results Thirty-four eyes were achieved anatomic cure and visual acuity was improved.Eleven eyes achieved only anatomic cure.One case wasn’t cured.The operative success rate was 97.83%.Postoperative complication rate was 17.39%.Preoperative visual acuity was≥0.05 in 3 cases (6.52%),postoperative visual acuity was≥0.05 in 17 cases (36.96%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.867,P=0.018).Conclusion Vitrectomy for the treatment of complex ocular trauma can reduce complications,improve visual function.
