过熟期白内障植人工晶状体后再超声乳化的观察 被引量:2

Observation on phacoemulsification after intraocular lens implantation for hypermature cataract

摘要 目的观察过熟期白内障患者植入人工晶状体后行超声乳化初术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析过熟期白内障23例(23眼)的资料,连续环形撕囊后冲洗出液化皮质,植入人工晶状体于晶状体核后的囊袋内,原位超声乳化晶状体核。观察术后视力及并发症。结果22眼(95.65%)顺利完成手术;后囊破裂者1眼(4.35%);角膜水肿者5眼(21.74%);术后7d,19眼(82.61%)的裸眼视力≥0.5;无角膜内皮失代偿发生。结论过熟期白内障患者植入人工晶状体然后再行超声乳化可减少后囊破裂的发生率,但角膜水肿发生率增加。 Objective To observe the efficacy of phacoemulsification after intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of hypermature cataract.Methods The clinical data of 23 eyes of 23 patients with hypermature cataracts were retrospectively analyzed.After continuous circular capsulorhexis,the liquified lens cortex was extracted.The intraocular lens were implanted into the lens capsule bag after the lens nucleus and then the lens nucleus were emulsified.The complications and postoperative visual acuity were observed.Results Cataract phacoemulsification was successfully performed in 22 eyes (95.65%).Posterior capsular rupture occurred in 1 eye (4.35%).Corneal edema occurred in 5 eyes (21.74%).The uncorrected visual acuity was over 0.5 in 19 eyes (82.61%) 7 days after surgery.There was no decompensation of the corneal endothelium.Conclusion Phacoemulsification after implantation of intraocular lens for hypermature cataracts can reduce the risk of posterior capsular rupture and cause more corneal edema.
