江苏废弃家电产品发泡剂回收处置现状及建议

The status and suggestions of foaming agent collection and disposal of waste appliances in Jiangsu province

文中通过对江苏省8家具有处理资格许可的废弃电器电子产品拆解企业在废冰箱拆解过程中对含ODS发泡剂保温层材料的回收与处置情况进行分析,总结了目前含ODS发泡剂回收与处置过程中存在的主要问题,并提出增强保护臭氧层意识、统一政策要求、加大技术研发、辅助经济手段等对策建议。

This paper analyzes the collection and disposal status of ODS foaming agent in waste refrigerators of eight discarded electronic products with processing enterprise license in Jiangsu province and summarizes the problems during the ODS foaming agent collecting and disposing process.We put forward strengthening the awareness of protecting the ozone layer,unifying policy requirements,increasing technology research and development,carrying out the auxiliary economic means.
