摘要
通过分析铝合金组合壳体铸件的结构特点,利用铸造模拟软件对不同的铸造工艺方案进行了模拟分析。根据凝固温度场分布和基于残余熔体模数法的概率缺陷分布对工艺方案进行优化改进,从而得到最佳工艺方案。经实际生产验证,产品一次试制成功,有效缩短了开发周期。
The structural characteristics of the aluminum alloy combined shell castings were analyzed, and the different casting process schemes were simulated with the help of casting simulation software. According to the distribution of solidification temperature field and the probability defect distribution based on the residual melt modulus method,the optimal casting process scheme was carried out.The actual production indicates that the trial production of the product is successful,and the development cycle is shortened effectively.
