长寿命中频炉保温炉盖的研制

Development of Long-times Insulated Lid for Medium Frequency Furnace

摘要 以高铝矾土、莫来石、红柱石、SiO_2微粉、α-Al_2O_3微粉、铝酸钙水泥为主要原料,开发了矾土质浇注料和红柱石质浇注料。对试样分别进行110℃×24h和1 550℃×3h的热处理并检测其永久线变化率、体积密度、常温抗折强度、高温抗折强度、热膨胀系数和热震稳定性。结果表明,与矾土质浇注料相比,红柱石质浇注料具有较低的常温抗折强度和高温抗折强度,较小的热膨胀系数和较好的抗热震性。红柱石质浇注料在中频炉炉盖中使用取得了满意效果。 The bauxite-based castable and andalusite-based castable were prepared with bauxite,mullite, andalusite,SiO2 micropowder,α-alumina micropowder and calcium aluminate cement as main raw materials.The specimens were heat treated at 110℃ for 24h and 1550℃ for 3h,respectively,and some properties of the materials,such as permanent linear change rate,density,modulus of rupture,hot rupture strength,thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance were tested.The result shows that compared with bauxite-based castable,andalusite-based castable has lower modulus of rupture and hot rupture strength,smaller thermal expansion coefficient and better thermal shock resistance.Andalusite-based castable has been used satisfactorily in medium-frequency furnace lid.
