铸造工艺对C19400铸锭热轧质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在生产中发现,不同铸造工艺条件下生产的C19400铸锭,在同一加热制度下热轧开坯,会出现截然不同的结果。针对不同铸造工艺下生产的铸锭进行各项指标检测,对检测结果进行对比,并结合理论分析,认为不同的铸造工艺造成铸锭高倍相组织、高温性能及应力有差异,直接影响了铸锭热轧质量。 It is found that the C19400 ingots produced under different casting conditions have different results during hot rolling under the same heating system.The ingots produced by different casting processes were measured for various indexes,and the test results were compared.Combined with theoretical analysis,it is concluded that different casting processes result in metallographic phase,high-temperature performance and stress difference of the ingot,which directly affects the hot rolling quality.
