摘要
为提高破碎动力头工作效率,在研究冲击破碎机理的基础上,通过岩石冲击破碎动力学试验分析,应用能量传递守恒原理,开发设计了一种新型的具有旋转冲击功能特征的液、气压混合冲击破碎机械,其创新之处是该机械打破传统的单作用直线冲击破碎观念,通过增加液压旋转冲击机构,实现钎杆冲击时既产生轴向冲击力又产生径向离心力的合成冲击效果,达到了更加高效的破碎目的,该设计获得国家发明专利。
In order to improve the working efficiency of crushing power head,based on the analysis on the impact crushing mechanism and the rock’s impact crushing dynamics,the principle of energy transfer conservation is applied to develop a new type of rotary impact crushing mechanism with a mix of hydraulic pressure and air pressure.The crushing mechanism has its innovative advantage that it breaks the traditional concept of single-acting linear impact crushing.With the reinforced hydraulic rotary impact mechanism,the synthetic impact effect of both the axial impact force and the radial centrifugal force is achieved at the impact of drill rod,thus greatly enhancing the crushing efficiency.The design has been granted an invention patent by the state.
