摘要
为促进医用支具的个性化快速定制,对人体造型特征进行了分析。结合逆向工程、模具设计、3D打印等技术,论述了基于人体表面三维数据的医用支具逆向设计方法。以颈部支具设计为例,验证了该设计方法的合理性和可行性。
In order to promote rapid customization of medical brace,the characteristics of human body modeling were analyzed.The reverse design method of medical brace was discussed based on 3D data of human body surface combined with reverse engineering,mold design and 3D printing.The neck brace design was taken as an example to verify rationality and feasibility of this method.
