医嘱点评中药注射剂临床不合理用药探究

Study on the Comment of Clinical Unreasonable Application of Chinese Medicine Injection

目的就医嘱点评中药注射剂不合理用药分析及干预进行探究。方法从本院随机选择500份病例作为本次研究的对象,时间为2016年8月—12月,且病例的内容均包含中药注射剂,对中药注射剂的用药合理性进行分析与探究。2017年1月—4月,采取相应的措施对不合理用药行为进行干预。结果采取措施干预后,不合理中药注射剂品种例数均有明显下降。结论医疗机构对中药注射剂的运用采用适当的措施进行干预,能在一定程度上降低不合理用药率,从而有效避免浪费资源,并从根本上保证了患者用药的安全。

Objective To investigate the analysis and intervention of irrational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods 500 cases were randomly selected from our hospital as the objects of this study.The time was from August 2016 to December 2016,and the contents of all cases included Chinese medicine injection.The rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injection was analyzed and explored.From January 2017 to April 2017,appropriate measures were taken to intervene in irrational drug use behavior.Results After intervention,the number of unreasonable Chinese medicine injections decreased significantly.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in medical institutions is suitable for use.The intervention can reduce the rate of irrational drug use to a certain extent, thus effectively avoid wasting resources,and ensure the safety of patients'medication fundamentally.
