逍遥散加减治疗冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Xiaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Depression

目的分析逍遥散加减治疗冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的临床疗效。方法将2016年4月—2017年3月84例我院门诊冠心病伴抑郁状态患者按照数字表法分2组各42例。对照组采用常规的冠心病二级预防药物治疗,并给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片、路优泰进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予逍遥散加减治疗。比较2组冠心病伴抑郁状态治疗效果;治疗依从性评分;干预前后患者左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左心射血分数、心功能分级。干预前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分。结果治疗组冠心病伴抑郁状态治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组治疗依从性评分高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前2组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左心射血分数、心功能分级相近,P>0.05;干预后治疗组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左心射血分数、心功能分级优于对照组,P<0.05。干预前2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分相近,P>0.05;干预后治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论逍遥散加减治疗冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者抑郁情绪,促进心功能各项指标的改善,促使心电图恢复正常,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyao powder on coronary heart disease with depression. Methods A total of 42 patients were divided into two groups according to the number of patients with coronary heart disease with depression in our hospital from April to August 2016. The control group was treated with conventional secondary prevention,haloperidol montamethasone and Lu Youtai.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao powder on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease with depression and score of treatment compliance was compared between the two groups. The left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function were compared before and after the intervention.Before and after the intervention,Hamilton Depression Scale and Depression Self-Rating Scale were compared. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of therapeutic compliance in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter between the two groups was similar( P < 0. 05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Depression Self-Rating Scale were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Depression Self-Rating Scale in the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression has definitely clinical effect,can effectively improve the patient ’s depression,promote the improvement of cardiac function indicators and the ECG returned to normal,and is worthy of promotion.
