蝮龙抗栓丸治疗CHF合并脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Agkistrodon Antithrombotic Pills in Treating Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨如何高效低毒治疗心脑合病。方法选择60例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加参草通脉方及蝮龙抗栓丸,治疗30 d比较临床疗效。结果治疗30 d后观察组6 min步行距离为(498.6±72.4)米,明显优于对照组(427.3±72.7)米(P≤0.01)。结论参草通脉方联合蝮龙抗栓丸治疗慢性心衰合并脑梗死急性期,临床疗效明显具有增效减毒的作用,可有效提高患者生存质量。

Objective To discuss how efficient to lower toxicity in the treatment of heart and brain disease. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. On the basis of routine treatment given to the control group,the treatment group was treated with Shencao Tongmai granules and the Agkistrodon Antithrombotic pills for 30 days. The clinical effectiveness was compared. Results The 6 minutes walking distance of observation group was( 498. 6 ± 72. 4) m after 30 days treatment,which was significantly better than( 42. 73 ± 72. 7) m of control group( P ≤ 0. 01). Conclusion Shencong Tongmai granuals combined with Agkistrodon antithrombotic pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with acute cerebral infarction can improve the effectiveness and attenuate the medicine toxicity,thus effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
