针刺配合麦粒压灸治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Pressing Moxibusition with Seed-sized Moxa Cone in the Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm

目的观察针刺调神为主配合麦粒压灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法 48例患者随机分为针灸组和西药组各24例,针灸组予针刺调神为主配合麦粒压灸治疗;西药组予卡马西平、甲钴胺片治疗。2个疗程结束后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为95.83%,对照组为70.83%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺调神为主配合麦粒压灸治疗面肌痉挛安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with pressing moxibusition with seed-sized moxa cone in the treatment of primary facial spasm. Methods A total of 48 qualified patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 24 case and Western medicine group of 24 cases. The acupuncture group was treated with pressing mind-regulating acupuncture combined with pressing moxibusition with seed-sized moxa cone,and the western medicine group was treated with administration of carbamazepine and mecobalamin tables. Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 95. 83%. The total effective rate of the Western medicine group was 70. 83%. There had significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The mind-regulating acupuncture combined with pressing moxibusition with seed-sized moxa cone in treating hemifacial spasm is effective and safe,and is worth spreading.
