补肾活血法为主治疗早期复发性流产的临床体会

Clinical Experience on Invigorating the Kidney and Activating Blood Therapy in Treating Early Recurrent Abortion

目的介绍采用补肾活血法为主治疗早期复发性流产的临床体会。方法通过整理临床相关病例资料,总结本人采用补肾活血法为主治疗早期复发性流产(≤12周)的临床体会,并附验案举隅。结果肾虚血瘀证是本病的基本病机,治疗上以补肾活血法为基本治法,酌情加用健脾、益气、清热等药物,灵活掌握用药时机、用药剂量,可取佳效。所附验案为人工流产后继发复发性流产,根据症状、舌苔、脉象,辨属"滑胎病、肾虚血瘀证",采用补肾安胎、活血化瘀基本大法,保胎成功。结论补肾活血法为主治疗早期复发性流产具有一定的临床疗效,值得进一步研究。

Objective To introduce the clinical experience of using invigorating the kidney and activating blood therapy as the main treatment in treating early recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods By collating clinically relevant case data,the clinical experience of using invigorating the kidney and activating blood therapy as the main treatment in treating early recurrent spontaneous abortion( ≤12 weeks) was summarized,and a verification case was attached. Results The kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of the disease.The invigorating the kidney and activating blood therapy is the basic treatment method,combined with appropriate strengthening spleen,invigorating qi,clearing away heat drugs and flexible grasping the timing and dosage of drugs,and good therapeutic effect has been achieved.The attached case was a secondary recurrent miscarriage after induced abortion. According to the symptoms,tongue coating,and pulse,it was classified as "habitual abortion,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome ",using invigorating the kidney and activating blood therapy as the basic treatment method has obtained tocolytic therapy success. Conclusion The invigorating the kidney and activating blood therapy as the main treatment in treating early recurrent spontaneous abortion has a certain clinical efficacy,which deserves further study.
