银翘散固体汤剂与煮散剂的抗炎作用比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过比较银翘散固体汤剂与其他给药组在动物炎症模型中的作用,以探讨银翘散的固体汤剂剂型改革方法是否可行,为银翘散固体汤剂的进一步药效学研究和临床研究提供实验依据。方法建立二甲苯致小鼠耳壳炎症模型和角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀的炎症模型,比较银翘散固体汤剂、银翘散传统汤剂、阿司匹林和空白对照组在炎症模型中的作用,分别以致炎后小鼠两耳重量差,足趾肿胀率和肿胀抑制率作为炎症指标,比较给药组和对照组的差异性。结果与空白对照组相比,银翘散固体汤剂对小鼠炎症具有抑制作用,效果与银翘散传统汤剂和阿司匹林的抑制效果没有显著的差异性(P> 0. 05)。结论银翘散固体汤剂在小鼠炎症模型中有抑制作用,具有抗炎效果。 Objective By comparing the role of Yinqiao powder solid decoction and Yinqiao powder for boiling in animal models of inflammation,to explore whether it is feasible to reform the dosage form of Yinqiao powder solid decoction and Yinqiao powder for boiling,and to provide experimental basis for further pharmacodynamics research and clinical study of Yinqiao powder solid decoction. Methods The xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation model shell and carrageenan-induced paw edema model of inflammation in mice was establishmented. The role of Yinqiao powder solid decoction,Yinqiaosan traditional decoction,aspirin and control group in the inflammatory model was compared. Taking the ears of mice weight difference after inflammation,toe swelling rate and swelling inhibition rate as inflammatory markers,comparison of treatment group and control group differences was carried out. Results Comparing with the control group,Yinqiao powder solid decoction can inhibit inflammation in mice,and the effect Yinqiaosan traditional decoction and aspirin inhibitory had no significant difference on effect( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Experimental results showed that Yinqiao powder solid decoction in a mouse model of inflammation inhibition has anti-inflammatory effect.
