真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组,即治疗组45例和对照组45例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗,分别用药4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组的前后治疗综合情况优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组的血清NT-proBNP水平明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组的LVEF水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);表明组间对比差异存在统计学意义; 2组患者均出现不同程度的不良反应,比如呕吐、纳差等,但治疗组发生的概率较少(P <0. 05)。结论真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭,能够提高患者的生活质量、改善心肌缺血,并有阻止心室重塑的作用,且与常规治疗相比,治疗过程中不良反应较少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of heart failure patients with coronary heart disease.Method Ninety patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases)and control group (45 cases).The control group was treated with routine drug therapy.The treatment group was treated with Zhenwu decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect was observed after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The comprehensive state of treatment before and after treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05),the serum NT-proBNP level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),the LVEF level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were adverse reactions in both groups,such as vomiting,anorexia,etc.,but the probability of occurrence in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction comcombined with bined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients,myocardial ischemia and prevent ventricular remodeling.
