炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Zhigancao Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的观察炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法研究对象选自2016年4月—2018年2月收治的88例冠心病室性心律失常患者,依照抽签法的分组方式分为2组,对照组与治疗组各44例,对照组予以美托洛尔治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用炙甘草汤加减治疗,比较2组患者在治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率两方面的差异。结果对照组的治疗总有效率相比于治疗组,组间存在明显差异(P <0. 05);对照组的不良反应发生率显著高于治疗组,2组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效确切,可显著改善心律失常症状,提高用药安全性,值得临床选择和采纳。

Objective .To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Eighty-eight coronary heart disease patients with ventricular arrhythmia who were selected from our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were divided into two groups according to the method of grouping.The control group and treatment group had 44 cases respectively.The control group applied Metoprolol.The treatment group was treated with Zhigancao decoction on the basis of the control group.The differences in the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion The modified Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia has exact effect,it can significantly improve the symptoms of arrhythmia and the safety of medication,and is worthy of clinical selection and adoption.
