骨坏死康复汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guhuasi Kangfu Decoction in the Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的评价骨坏死康复汤辨证加减治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法选取2015年11月—2017年11月收治的82例股骨头缺血性坏死患者予以分组,按照抽签法分为对照组与治疗组2组,各41例,对照组给予体外冲击波治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合骨坏死康复汤辨证加减,观察并比较2组治疗效果及治疗前后膝关节功能改善情况。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显低于治疗组,组间具有显著性统计学差异(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗3个月、6个月、9个月后的Harris评分均显著高于对照组,存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论骨坏死康复汤辨证加减治疗能够提高股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效,改善膝关节功能,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of modified Guhuasi Kangfu decoction in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods Eighty-two patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were divided into two groups,with 41 patients in each group according to the drawing method. The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave. The treatment group was given modified Guhuasi Kangfu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effect and the improvement of knee function before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The Harris scores of the treatment group after 3 months,6 months and 9 months were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The modified Guhuasi Kangfu decoction has an important role in improving the clinical therapeutic effect of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and knee joint function. It is worthy of being widely used in clinic.
