柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的观察探究柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2017年8月接受诊治的50例胃食管反流病患者作为本次研究对象,对患者进行平均分组,包括治疗组(治疗方法:柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗) 25例,对照组(治疗方法:西药方法治疗)25例,对2组患者治疗疗程结束后的临床效果进行比较分析。结果 2组患者结束一个月的治疗后,都取得一定的效果,其中治疗组25例患者治疗总有效率为96%,对照组25例患者治疗总有效率为72%,治疗组患者取得的临床治疗效果要优于对照组患者,差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论柴胡陷胸汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效要优于采用西药方法治疗的效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 50 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into two groups,including the treatment group of 25 cases was treated with Chaihu Xianxiong decoction and control group of 25 cases was treated Western medicine treatment. After treatment,the clinical effect was compared and analyzed.Results After one month of treatment,both achieved certain results,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was96% and 72% respectively,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Chaihu Xianxiong decoction in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease is better than that of Western medicine.
