中医护理干预在社区神经根型颈椎病病人康复中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radicular Disease in Community

目的探讨中医护理干预在社区神经根型颈椎病病人康复中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月接受神经根型颈椎病治疗的患者70例,平均分为2组,其中对照组35例,实施常规护理干预,观察组35例,实施中医护理干预,分析护理效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为94. 29%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为77. 14%,观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的平均住院时间为(8. 49±1. 92) d,平均住院费用为(3081. 47±882. 54)元,对医院的护理满意度评分为(91. 46±3. 91)分;对照组患者的平均住院时间为(13. 62±3. 15) d,平均住院费用为(4282. 76±908. 16)元,对医院的护理满意度评分为(83. 39±2. 05)分,观察组患者在平均住院时间、平均住院费用以及对医院的护理满意度评分方面均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在对社区神经根型颈椎病患者进行康复护理时,采取中医护理干预方式对患者进行护理能够获得更好的护理效果,患者的住院时间能够得到显著缩短,住院费用明显降低,治疗有效率和对医院的护理满意度均能够得到有效提升,是一种较为理想的社区神经根型颈椎病患者的护理方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease in community. Methods 70 patients received the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in our hospital from January2015 to January 2018 were divided into two groups. 35 cases in the control group received the routine nursing intervention,and the observation group of 35 cases received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. The nursing effect was analyzed. Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 94. 29%,and the effective rate of the control group was 77. 14%,and the effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The average hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was( 8. 49 ± 1. 92) d,the average hospitalization cost was( 3081. 47 ± 882. 54) yuan,the nursing satisfaction score of the hospital was( 91. 46 ± 3. 91),the average hospitalization time of the control group was( 13. 62 ± 3. 15) d,the average hospitalization cost was( 4282. 76 + 908. 16) yuan,and the nursing satisfaction of the hospital was satisfactory. The degree score was( 83. 39 ± 2. 05). The average length of hospitalization,the average hospitalization cost and the nursing satisfaction score of the hospital in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation nursing of the patients with the community nerve root type cervical spondylosis,the nursing intervention method of traditional Chinese medicine can get better nursing effect. The hospitalization time of the patients can be significantly shortened,the hospitalization cost is obviously reduced,and the effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of the hospital care can be obtained.Effective promotion is an ideal nursing method for patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease in community,and has high clinical application value.
