冠心病心绞痛患者使用中医护理干预的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究分析中医护理对冠心病心绞痛患者的干预效果。方法随机选取80例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,将所有的患者进行随机分组,分为常规组与试验组,常规组采用常规化护理,并辅以西药治疗,试验组采用中医护理干预,并辅以中西药联合治疗。对比2组患者的护理满意度、生活质量优良率、护理后的焦虑抑郁指数以及对比2组患者心绞痛的发作频次、持续时间、硝酸甘油的用量、血脂水平。结果试验组患者的生活质量优良率与护理满意度分别为95. 0%、92. 5%,常规组的为80. 0%、65. 0%;试验组护理后的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于常规组,试验组护理后的临床指标与血脂水平均明显低于常规组,组间差异明显(P <0. 05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者采取中医护理干预,可以有效的提高患者的生活质量与护理满意度,降低患者的HAMD、HAMA评分,同时对临床指标与心功能的影响也有明显效果,应该被广泛运用。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with angina peetoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty patients with angina peetoris of coronary heart disease were randomly selected as study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group.The routine used conventional nursing and western medicine.The experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,and supplemented by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,anxiety and depression index after nursing wore compared between two groups.The frequency,duration,the amount of nitroglycerin and blood lipid level was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were 95.0% and 92.5%,respectively.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the routine group were 80.0% and 65.0%,respectively.The HAMD and HAMA scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group.After treatment,the clinical indexes and blood lipid levels were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Taking TCM nursing intervention on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively improve patients quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce HAMD and HAMA scores of patients, meanwhile,it has obvious effect on clinical indexes and cardiac function.It should be widely used.
