黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Guizhi Huoluo Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome

目的观察黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月—2017年12月收治的94例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者作为观察对象,通过抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例,对照组应用常规康复训练方法加以治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合黄芪桂枝活络汤加以治疗,对2组临床治疗效果、治疗前后运动功能、疼痛情况进行比较。结果 2组患者在治疗总有效率比较上,研究组显著高于对照组,组间有统计学差异(P <0. 05); 2组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于治疗前,FMA评分高于治疗前,而组间相比,研究组改善程度优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论康复训练基础上联合黄芪桂枝活络汤治疗,可对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的疼痛症状进行有效缓解,提高肢体活动功能和临床疗效,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Huoluo decoction combined with rehabilitation training on shoulderhand syndrome after stroke. Methods A total of 94 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome admitted to our hospital from February2015 to December 2017 were selected as observation subjects. They were divided into control group and study group by drawing method,47 cases in each group. The routine rehabilitation training method was used for treatment. The research group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Huoluo decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect,the motor function and pain before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The VAS scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the FMA score was higher than the treatment. The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The combination of rehabilitation and training of Huangqi Guizhi Huoluo decoction can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,improve the function of limb function and clinical curative effect,and has clinical use and adoption value.
