自拟养心方治疗心阳不振型心动过缓临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-designed Heart Nourishing Prescription on Heart Yang Hypoactivity Bradycardia

目的探讨自拟养心方对心阳不振型心动过缓的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在沈阳市中医院内二科就诊的80例心动过缓患者,经中医辨证分型为心阳不振型,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例依据西医诊疗指南采取常规西医治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟养心方对患者进行治疗,疗程为1个月。比较2组患者的中医证候评分变化来判断临床有效率。结果试验组总有效率为92. 5%,对照组总有效率为77. 5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对心阳不振型心动过缓患者采取自拟养心方治疗,可以明显的改善中医证候评分,提高临床有效率,提高患者生活质量,为中医治疗心动过缓提供依据,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of self-designed heart nourishing prescription on heart yang hypoactivity bradycardia. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,80 patients with heart yang hypoactivity bradycardia were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional,and the experimental group was given self-designed heart nourishing prescription on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 1 month. The change of TCM syndrome score and clinical efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92. 5%,and that of the control group was 77. 5%. The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The self-designed therapy for patients with heart yang hypoactivity bradycardia can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,the clinical efficiency and the quality of life of patients to provide evidence for the treatment of bradycardia in Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
