刘金星教授补肾养精汤治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的经验

Experience of Professor Liu Jinxing in Treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with Bushen Yangjing Decoction

目的归纳总结刘金星教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床经验。方法收集整理了38例刘教授以补肾养精汤治疗的POI患者,采用自身前后对照的方法观察患者治疗前后中医症状评分、临床症状改变及血FSH、LH、E2、AMH的变化判断补肾养精汤治疗POI(肾虚型)的临床疗效,同时观察血、尿常规及肝肾功检测药物安全性。结果经过3个月的连续治疗和6个月的临床观察后,4例治愈,9例显效,16例有效,总有效率为76. 3%。治疗后患者月经异常及不孕人次统计对比较前有明显改善,有统计学意义(P <0. 01或P <0. 05);治疗后患者中医症状及中医症状积分相比较前明显降低(P <0. 05);治疗后患者血清FSH、LH较前明显降低,E2、AMH较前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗过程中患者未出现不良反应及药物毒副作用。结论补肾养精汤治疗肾虚型POI临床疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize Professor Liu Jinxing's clinical experience in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency. Methods Thirty-eight cases of POI patient treated with Bushen Yangjing decoction were collected and sorted out.The changes of TCM symptom score,clinical symptoms,blood FSH,LH and AMH before and after treatment were observed by self-control method.The clinical effects of Bushen Yangjing decoction on POI were evaluated.The blood,urine routine and liver and kidney were also observed to detect drug's safety.Results After 3 months of continuous treatment,4 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 76.3%.After treatment,the patients with abnormal menstruation and infe/tility were significantly improved (P <0.01 or P <0.05).While the patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and symptoms scores were significantly lower than before (P <0.05),and then,the serum FSH,LH were significantly lower and E2,P,AMH were higher than before,and the difference was significant (P <0.05).There were no adverse reactions and drug side effects occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Bushen Yangjing decoction is effective in the treatment of kidney deficiency type POI,and is worthy of clinical application.
