自拟镇晕汤对肝阳上抗夹湿型眩晕患者中医证候评分的影响

Effects of Self-made Zhenyun Decoction on TCM Syndromes Score of Hepato-yang Anti-clamping Vertigo Patients

目的自拟镇晕汤对肝阳上抗夹湿型眩晕患者中医证候评分的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在丹东市人民医院神经内2科就诊的80例眩晕患者,分别为梅尼埃病、椎基底动脉供血不足、良性发作性位置性眩晕、前庭神经元炎等疾病,其中医辨证分型均肝阳上抗夹湿型,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上自拟镇晕汤进行治疗,比较2组患者中医证候评分情况。结果试验组总有效率为87. 5%,对照组总有效率为75. 0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论自拟镇晕汤治疗肝阳上抗夹湿型眩晕可以改善患者的中医证候评分,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of self-made Zhenyun decoction on TCM syndrome score of hepato-yang anti-dampness vertigo patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in Dandong People's hospital,80 patients with vertigo,respectively for the speech of the disease,vertebral basilar artery insufficiency,the position of benign paroxysmal vertigo,vestibular neuronitis,traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification were wet resistance on liver yang,were randomly divided into experimental group and the control"group. The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional treatment.The experimental group was given self-made Zhenyun decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%, and total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The self-made Zhenyun decoction can improve the score of TCM syndromes and the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
