温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析温针灸对治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效。方法选取莱阳市中医院骨科门诊(2017年2月—2018年5月)收治的96例老年性膝骨关节病患者进行分组研究,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组患者48例,对照组实施针刺治疗,试验组实施温针灸治疗,对比2组治疗前后膝关节功能变化及临床疗效。结果 2组治疗前、治疗结束时HSS评分相比,无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),但试验组治疗2周后的HSS评分高于对照组,组间差异显著(P <0. 05);在临床治疗总有效率比较上,试验组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论温针灸对治疗老年性膝骨关节病效果明显,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,可作为首选方法推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods 96 patients with senile knee osteoarthritis admitted to our orthopedic clinic( February 2017 to May 2017) were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture. The changes of knee function and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference in HSS scores between the two groups before and at the end of treatment( P > 0. 05),but the HSS scores in the experimental group after 2 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant( P < 0. 05). In the comparison of the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture is effective in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively improve the knee joint function. It can be used as the preferred method.
