中药保留灌肠治疗肠梗阻患者的疗效观察与护理体会

Observation of the Curative Effect and Nursing Experience of Retention Enema of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨综合护理在中药保留灌肠治疗肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年4月山西医科大学六医院收治的肠梗阻患者54例,给予患者使用中药保留灌肠治疗;将所选患者随机分为2组,对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者采取综合护理,对比2组护理情况。结果护理后,2组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,研究组患者的焦虑程度、抑郁程度低于对照组,护理后,2组患者的心理健康、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于患者进行护理前的数值,研究组的生活质量水平显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理在中药保留灌肠治疗肠梗阻患者中的应用效果显著,改善了心理状况,提高了生活质量,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine in treating patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods 54 cases of intestinal obstruction admitted to the Sixth Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from July 2017 to April -2018 were selected,and the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to retain enema.The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the study group received comprehensive care and compared the nursing of the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups were lower than those before nursing.The degree of anxiety and depression of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group.After nursing,the scores of mental health,material life,physical exercise level and social function of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the patients,and the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of intestinal obstruction patients with traditional Chinese medicine is significant.It improves the psychological condition and improves the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
