近十年眼外肌麻痹中西医结合治疗概况

General Situation of Extraocular Muscle Paralysis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Recent Ten Years

眼外肌麻痹是由于眼外肌本身或者其支配的神经系统受到损害而发生的器质性病变,表现为复视及眼球运动障碍。以往临床关注和研究比较少且单纯西药治疗效果欠佳,影响患者的临床治疗方案及其预后。近年来,采用中西医结合治疗眼外肌麻痹取得了较好的成果,现针对眼外肌麻痹的中西医结合治疗进行报道,笔者针对眼外肌麻痹的病因、病机治疗,分别从中医和西医2方面进行阐述,希望可以为临床治疗工作中解决实际问题提供帮助。

Extraocular muscle palsy is an organic disease caused by damage to the extraocular muscle itself or the nervous system it governs, which is manifested as diplopia and dyskinesia of the eye.In the past,there were few clinical attention and research,and the treatment effect of western medicine alone was not good,which affected the clinical treatment scheme and prognosis of patients.In recent years,the use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of extraocular myoparalysis have achieved good results,is to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment experience of extraocular muscle paralysis to report,the author aimed at the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment experience of extraocular muscle paralysis,respectively from two aspects of TCM and western medicine,hope can help solve practical problems in the clinical treatment.
