骨坏死康复丸治疗股骨头坏死(肝肾亏虚证)临床研究

Clinical Study on Guhuaisi Kangfu Pills in the Treatment of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head(Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

目的观察骨坏死康复丸在治疗股骨头坏死(肝肾亏虚证)中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1—12月确诊的132例肝肾亏虚证股骨头坏死病人为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为试验组和对照组,每组66例,对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,试验组给予骨坏死康复丸治疗,6个月后对2组患者的髋关节Harris评分及功能评分进行对比。结果治疗6个月后,试验组Harris评分平均为(83. 56±10. 25),对照组平均为(65. 35±11. 36),2组对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后试验组66例患者中显效数为16例(24. 2%),有效数为30例(45. 5%),无效20例(30. 3%),总有效率为69. 7%;对照组治疗显效数为10例(15. 2%),有效数为30例(45. 5%),无效26例(39. 4%),总有效率为60. 6%,2组治疗有效率对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论骨坏死康复丸治疗股骨头坏死临床疗效较好,未发现明显不良反应,值得进行推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy,side effects and adverse reactions of Guhuaisi Kangfu pills in treating liver and kidney deficiency syndrome osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods 132 cases of Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome osteonecrosis of the femoral head patients between January 2016 and December 2016 in our hospital for inspection and diagnosis were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 66 cases in each group. The control group was given Xianling Gubao Jiaonang treatment,and the treatment group was given Guhuaisi Kangfu pills treatment.Six months after treatment,Harris hip score of two groups of patients and functional scores were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment,the average score of Harris in the test group was(83. 56 ± 10. 25),while the control group averaged(65. 35 ± 11. 36),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Among the 66 patients in the post-treatment group,16 cases(24. 2%) were effective,30 cases(45. 5%) were effective,20 cases(30. 3%) were invalid,and the total effective rate was 69. 7%. In the control group,10 cases were markedly improved(15. 2%) and effective number of 30 patients(45. 5%),26 cases(39. 4%),the total effective rate was 60. 6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Guhuaisi Kangfu pills is good in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,and no obvious adverse reactions have been found,which is worth to be applied in clinical application.
