Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Yishen Buxue ointment in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS). Methods 104 cases of CFS patients from January 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were collected as observation objects.According to the random number table method, patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine and the observation group was given self-made Yishen Buxue ointment. Symptom scores and changes in fatigue scores before and after treatment, changes in immune function, and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of the two groups of symptom integral scale and FS-14 fatigue rating scale were significantly decreased comparing with before treatment, and comparing with the control group, the observation group decreased more significantly(P <0. 05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment, the levels of IgG,IgM,and IgA in the two groups increased significantly, and comparing with the control group, the observation group improved more significantly(P < 0. 05).
