浅谈中医之拳毛倒睫

Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Inverse Lashes

目的了解中医治疗拳毛倒睫的方法及辨证分型。方法通过查阅各个时期的眼科相关古籍,然后对各家之言进行分析整理总结。结果中医治疗拳毛倒睫分内治法和外治法,医家通常采用内外联合治疗。结论中医在治疗拳毛倒睫方面有很多临床经验,在现代医学中可发挥中医之优势配合西医治疗以减少此病的手术率及复发率。

Objective To study the treatment method and syndrome differentiation of the inverse Lashes.Methods Though looking up the ancient books about the eyes and then analyzing,the authors'words were sorted and summarized.Results The treatment method could summary two ways.One is nonsurgical and the other is external therapies,but the two ways often is combined use.Conclusion The Chinese medicine has so many clinical experience and we should propagandize the superiority of the Chinese medicine to induce the chance of operation and the recurrence rate about this disease.
