地骨皮治疗糖尿病的研究进展

Research Progress on Cortex Lycii Radices in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

糖尿病是一种发病率高,严重危害人类健康的疾病,近年来更有增高的趋势。中药地骨皮自古用于治疗糖尿病,文章通过对地骨皮治疗糖尿病的古今文献进行整理和研究,发现地骨皮在改善糖尿病症状,降低血糖,改善胰岛功能、减少内皮损伤及炎症反应等方面均疗效显著,提示地骨皮在治疗糖尿病的同时,对糖尿病并发症的防治也有一定作用,为地骨皮治疗糖尿病及其并发症的研究提供理论依据。

Diabetes mellitus(DM) has a high incidence,which causes serious damage to human health and has a tendency to increase in recent years. A Chinese root called Cortex lycii radices has been used to treat DM since ancient times. Ancient and modern treatments of Cortex lycii radices to DM are described in literature,suggested that Cortex lycii radices can improve the symptoms of diabetes,lower blood sugar,improve the islet function,reduce endothelial injury and inflammation curative effect. In the treatment of diabetes,Cortex lycii have certain effect on prevention and control of diabetes complications,which provides the clues and basis for further research of Cortex lycii radices to treat DM.
