自拟肾炎汤治疗脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Self-made Shenyan Decoction in Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis with Dysfunction of Spleen in Transportation

目的自拟肾炎汤治疗脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在沈阳市苏家屯中西医结合医院就诊80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按照中医证候分型为脾失健运型,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例依据西医诊疗指南进行治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟肾炎汤治疗,比较2组患者的中医证候评分,主要包括:疲倦乏力、浮肿、食少纳呆、院腹胀满、大便溏薄等。结果试验组中医证候评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎患者采取自拟肾炎汤治疗,疗效显著,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenyan decoction in treating chronic glomerulonephritis caused by dysfunction of spleen in transportation.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in Sujiatun district hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,80 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,according to the TCM symptoms points dysfunction of spleen in transportation type,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases adopted treated according to western medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines,and the treatment group of 40 cases used Shenyan decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM symptom score mainly including tired weakness,edema,eat less,stay,abdominal distension full,lining thin stool, etc.was compared.Results The score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic glomernlonephritis caused by dysfunction of spleen in transportation with self-made Shenyan decoction has significant curative effect and improves the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
