海蛸愈糜散治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎115例

Haixiao Yumi Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis for 115 Cases

目的观察自拟海蛸愈糜散治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法随机筛选胃镜确诊病例230例,分别设立治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用海蛸愈糜散治疗,对照组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片、胶体果胶铋胶囊、克拉霉素胶囊治疗,2组一个疗程均为7 d,治疗2个疗程复查。结果治疗组治愈54例,好转59例,无效2例,总有效率98.3%。对照组治愈41例,好转56例,无效18例,总有效率84.3%。经统计学处理,2组治疗方法疗效有显著差异(P<0.05),2组疗效比较治疗组明显优于对照组。结论应用海蛸愈糜散治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效较好,未见明显毒副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Haixiao Yumi powder in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. Methods 230 confirmed cases of gastroscopy randomly were selected. They were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Haixiao Yumi powder. The control group used rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,colloidal bismuth pectin capsules,and clarithromycin capsules. Two groups were treated for 7 day as a course. They were reviewed after two courses of treatment. Results In the treatment group,54 cases were cured,59 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 98. 3%. In the control group,41 cases were cured,56 cases improved,18 cases were ineffective,and the total effective was 84. 3%. Calculated by statistical method,there were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Using Haixiao Yumi powder in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has good curative effect and no obvious toxic and side effects.
