填精补肾法治疗卒中后抑郁的理论探讨

Theoretical Discussion on Filling Essence and Tonifying Kidney in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

结合卒中后抑郁的研究概况,论述肾精不足在该病病因病机中的重要作用,及其与气、火、痰、瘀等病理产物的关系,认为肾精不足作为卒中后抑郁的病理基础,贯穿疾病的全过程,治疗当以填精补肾为基本治则。肾精不足作为卒中后抑郁的基本病理基础,贯穿疾病的全过程,据此病理机制以填精补肾为基本治则治疗该病值得临床进一步研究。

Based on the research overview of post-stroke depression,the article discussed the important role of renal spermatorrhea in the pathogenesis of the disease and its relationship with pathological products such as qi,fire,phlegm,and blood stasis.It is believed that renal spermatorrhea is insufficient as the pathological basis for post-stroke depression.Through the whole process of the disease,the treatment should be based on the basic treatment of filling spermatogonephrosis.Conclusion Kidney spermatorrhea deficiency is the basic pathological basis of post-stroke depression,which runs through the whole process of the disease.According to this,the pathological mechanism is based on the basic treatment of spermatogyny and kidney filling.It is worth further clinical study.
