中医药联合放疗治疗食管癌研究进展

Research Progress on Combination Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer

食管癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,老年多发。放射治疗是食管癌的主要治疗方法之一。中医药与放疗相结合治疗食管癌,可减轻毒副反应,提高放射敏感性及免疫功能,预防或者改善并发症,提高食管癌患者生存质量和生存率。全文对近年来有关中医药结合放疗治疗食管癌的文献进行综述,为食管癌临床治疗提供参考。

Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor and often occurs in old people.Radiation therapy is one of the main treatments of esophageal cancer.The treatment of esophageal cancer combined radiotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce side effects, increases radio -sensitivity and immune functions,prevents or improves complications,and then improve quality of life and survival.The review summarizes the papers based on the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and radiotherapy for esophageal cancer,aiming at providing a reference for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.
