桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症临床分析

The Clinical Analysis on Sangbaipi Decoction in Treating Dry Eye Syndrome of Lacrimal Secretion Insufficiency Type

目的分析桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取60例被临床确诊为泪液分泌不足型干眼症患者参与本次研究,采取数字随机分组的方法,将60例患者随机分为中医治疗组(采用桑白皮汤进行治疗)和对照组(用复方氯化钠滴眼液治疗),每组患者皆为30例。治疗1个月之后,对2组患者的临床疗效进行分析。结果中医治疗组患者经过治疗后,治疗总有效率达到了93.3%,对照组患者治疗总有效率则为70.0%,中医治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),经过治疗后,中医治疗组患者泪液分泌量明显多于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论用桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症,能够提高患者泪液分泌量,改善患者眼部干燥症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Sangbaipi decoction in treating dry eye syndrome of lacrimal secretion insufficiency type.Methods 60 cases of lacrimal secretion insufficiency type dry eye patients were selected to participate in this study,and 60patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (patients were treated with Sangbaipi decoction)and the control group (patients were treated with compound sodium chloride eye drops).The number of cases in each group was 30 cases.After I month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,the treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the tear secretion of the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was more than that in the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sangbaipi decoction can improve the secretion of tears and dry eye symptoms.
