中医药治疗原发性痛经浅谈

Discussion on the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的总结多年辨证治疗原发性痛经的临床经验。方法收集分析多年从医的医案,整理并总结本人对痛经病因病机的认识、治疗特色及验案,探析治疗本病的临床经验。结果原发性痛经的主要病因病机是血瘀、血虚、寒凝、气滞、肝郁、湿阻或素体本虚,阻碍冲任胞脉气血运行或胞宫失养,出现经期及行经前后小腹部疼痛,故治以畅通气血、荣养胞宫为主,兼顾散寒行气、疏肝解郁、化湿祛痰、补益气血,并介绍了其用药特点。在治疗上,主张辨证论治,用药精简,标本同治。结论中医药治疗原发性痛经,改善患者疼痛症状,效果明显,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective To sum up my clinical experience of treating primary dysmenorrhea for many years. Methods Through collecting and analyzing the medical cases of years,sorting and summarizing my understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,the characteristics of treatment and the analysis of the case,and analyzing the clinical experience of the treatment of this disease was carried out.Results The author thinks the main diseases of primary dysmenorrhea is blood stasis,deficiency of blood,cold coagulation,stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,stagnation of liver,damp resistance or the deficiency of vegetarian body. It hinders the operation of insufficiency of vital energy and blood,the menstruation and the pain of the small abdomen before and after the menstruation,so it is governed by the unimpeded qi and blood,the glory of the cytosolic palace,the dispersal of the liver,the stagnation of the liver,the dampdamp dispelling phlegm,and the tonifying qi and blood,and introduced its medication characteristics. In the treatment,we advocate differentiation of symptoms and signs,simple use of drugs and simultaneous treatment of specimens. Conclusion Tradition Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,improve the pain symptoms of patients with obvious effect,and it is worth popularizing in basic hospitals.
