中医综合护理对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨中医综合护理对慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法选择本院收治的94例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据数字抽签法随机分为对照组和干预组各47例,2组患者均采取常规抗感染治疗,对照组采取常规基础护理,干预组在此基础上增加中医综合护理,观察对比2组疗效。结果干预组各项临床症状消失时间、中医证候积分均低于对照组,且总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医综合护理能缓解慢性盆腔炎各项症状,有利于提高临床疗效,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 94 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital,according to figures draw method,they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 47 cases in each groups.Two groups of patients taken routine anti-infection treatment,the control group took care on a regular basis,and the intervention group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing. The curative effect was compared.Results All the clinical symptoms disappeared in the intervention group and the TCM syndrome score was lower than the control group,and the total effective rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the alleviation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,reduce the time of treatment,improve the quality of life of patients and the clinical efficacy,and the application effect is remarkable.
