中医情志护理在手术室护理中的应用效果

The Effect of TCM Emotional Nursing in Operation Room Nursing The Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Operating Room Nursing and the Medicine Diet Nursing Care of Patients after Operation

目的探究分析手术室护理中中医情志护理效果。方法抽选在本院接受手术治疗的50例患者作为研究对象进行分析,采取中医情志护理实施于50例研究对象的手术室护理中,对比护理前后患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果对比护理前,患者的SAS评分及SDS评分均显著下降(P<0.05),护理满意度显著提升(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理实施于手术室护理中具有极高的应用价值,其可有效缓解患者的负面情绪,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine in operating room nursing of patients after operation. Methods 50 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected for analysis.Emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out in the operating room nursing of 50 patients.The SAS scores and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after nursing were compared.Result The SAS score and SDS score of the patients were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emotional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine is of great value in the nursing of operating room.It can relieve the negative emotion of the patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
