麻醉复苏室舒适护理在动脉瘤术后恢复期的安全性及舒适度评价

Effects of comfort nursing on the safety and comfort of recovery patients

目的探讨麻醉复苏室舒适护理用于动脉瘤术后恢复期的安全性及对患者舒适度的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月在河北医科大学第二医院接受动脉瘤手术治疗并在麻醉复苏室进行恢复的患者90例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。在麻醉恢复期对照组给予常规护理,而研究组则实施舒适护理。对两组护理前后的抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、不良护理事件发生情况以及舒适度评分进行比较分析。结果护理后研究组的SDS及SAS评分均明显低于对照组,不良护理事件发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(17.78%),护理舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论动脉瘤术后麻醉恢复期采用舒适护理可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,减少不良护理事件的发生,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on the comfort and safety of patients with convalescence.Method Divided 90 cases of patients with general anesthesia into control group and research group,gave control group usual nursing in the anesthesia recovery period, while research group implemented comfortable nursing.Compared the negative mood scores of the two groups before and after nursing,compared the adverse nursing events and comfort score of the two groups.Result After nursing,research group's SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than control group,the incidence of adverse nursing events (4.44%)was lower than control group (17.78%),the nursing comfort scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the recovery of anesthesia recovery period patient care,comfortable nursing can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions,the patient's bad nursing events happening is less,the security and comfort degree are high.
