摘要
目的:了解朋辈互助认知行为疗法对医学生智能手机成瘾的干预效果。方法:筛选出智能手机成瘾的学生并随机分成实验组与对照组作为研究对象。运用朋辈互助认知行为疗法对实验组进行干预训练,对照组不采取任何措施。调查结束后对实验组、对照组的智能手机成瘾情况和心理状态进行分析。结果:实验组学生在大学生智能手机成瘾量表中的突显行为和消极影响的得分下降,在症状自评量表中的强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性等方面有明显改善,且实验组与对照组有显著差异。结论:高校应重视发挥"同质"朋辈的互助作用,运用心理学知识加强对不良认知和行为的干预,帮助学生养成正确的手机使用习惯,提升医学生心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of peer-assisted cognitive behavioral therapy on smartphone addiction of medical students.Methods: Students with smartphone addiction were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group for intervention training. The intervention training was conducted in the experimental group with peer mutual aid and cognitive behavioral therapy,while the control group didn’t take any measures. After the investigation,the smart phone addiction status and psychological status between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed. Results: Highlight behavior and negative influence of the experimental group have declined meanwhile force in the self-assessment lists of symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,psychotic have improved significantly. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: Medical Universities should attach importance to play a role of homogeneous peer mutual aid,and using psychology theory to strengthen the intervention and guidance on negative cognitive and behavior,helping students form good habit on smartphone,promote psychological quality of medical students.
