摘要
目的:找出影响护理本科生学习动力的因素,并提出针对性对策。方法:抽取青岛大学护理学院1-3年级的241名学生,应用护理专业学生学习动力评定量表收集资料。结果:护理专业学生学习态度得分率最高,学习兴趣得分率最低,且不同年级之间学生学习动力有差异。结论:护理专业学生学习动力的水平仍可提高,结合实际提出对策,提高学生的护理实践综合能力。
Objective: To identify the factors that influence the motivation of undergraduate nursing students and propose targeted strategies for its improvement. Methods: A total of 241 students from the 1-3th grade of the School of Nursing of Qingdao University were enrolled and the materials were collected using the "Nursing Student Learning Dynamic Rating Scale". Results The nursing students had the highest learning attitude score,the lowest learning interest score,and the differences in learning motivation among different grades. Conclusion The level of learning motivation of nursing students can still be improved,and the countermeasures are combined with the actual situation to improve the comprehensive ability of students’ nursing practice.
