临床医学生学习投入、自我效能感与主观幸福感关系研究——以中山大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨学习投入对自我效能感和主观幸福感的作用及其机制,随机抽取中山大学中山医学院263名临床医学生,并进行问卷调查。研究结果显示,临床医学生学习投入存在一定的性别差异,其中女生在"活力"和"奉献"两个维度上显著高于男生。学习投入不仅直接正向影响主观幸福感水平,还通过自我效能感的中介机制发挥间接影响效应。 In order to explore the effect of learning input on self-efficacy and subjective well-being and its mechanism,263 clinical medical students of Zhongshan Medical College of Sun Yat-Sen University were randomly selected and questionnaire survey was conducted.The results show that there are certain gender differences in the investment of clinical medical students,and girls are significantly higher than boys in the two dimensions of "vigor"and "dedication".Learning input not only directly affects the level of subjective well-being,but also exerts an indirect effect through the intermediary mechanism of self-efficacy.
