摘要
流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)是由乙脑病毒经蚊虫媒介叮咬传播引起的以脑实质炎症为主要病变的中枢神经系统感染人兽共患病,属亚洲和西太平洋地区重要虫媒传染病之一,我国也是该病流行的高发地区。本文从我国乙脑病毒基因型研究进展进行综述。
Epidemic encephalitis B is a zoonosis that infects the central nervous system,and parenchymal inflammation is one of its main pathological changes.Epidemic encephalitis B is caused by the Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)and is transmitted by mosquito bite.Epidemic encephalitis B is one of the major arbovirus infectious diseases in Asia and the western Pacific,and it is also highly prevalent in some areas of China.This paper reviews advances in the study of JEV genotyping in China.
