Study on the Impact of Stakeholder Orientation on the Open Service Innovation

基于企业网络和企业能力理论,通过对474家企业的实证研究,发现利益相关者导向对企业开放式服务创新有正向影响,知识共创在利益相关者导向和开放式服务创新之间有中介作用。网络能力不仅正向调节了利益相关者导向对知识共创的影响,而且还正向调节了利益相关者导向—知识共创—开放式服务创新这一中介机制。

Based on enterprise network theory and enterprise ability theory,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of stakeholder orientation on the open service innovation by 474 enterprises.Results show that,stakeholder orientation has positive impact on corporate open service innovation;knowledge co-creation has a positive mediating effect on the relationship between stakeholder orientation and corporate open service innovation.Network competence not only positively moderates the relationship between stakeholder orientation and knowledge co-creation,but also positively regulates the whole mediating mechanism of stakeholder orientation-knowledge co-creation-open service innovation.
