模块化嵌入的工程管理专业创新型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Development of Innovative Personnel of Engineering Management from the Perspective of Modularity

首先回顾了当前创新型人才培养面临的背景,分析了我国工程管理创新型人才培养的现状和存在的主要问题。从模块化视角出发,着重研究了政产学协同开展工程管理创新型人才培养内涵和模式;构建了基于模块化的工程管理课程体系网络模型,用以描述工程管理专业创新型人才培养课程模块系统、课程模块的边界及其相互影响关系。进一步地,对比分析了中、美、英三国典型高校的工程管理专业创新型人才培养模式和机制,在此基础上提出了推进我国工程管理专业创新型人才培养的对策建议。

Firstly,this paper discusses the background of Chinese innovative persormel development,and analyzes the status combining major issues relating to the personnel development of our national engineering management.And then,it presents the GIU cooperative model based on the modularity theory for the development of innovative personnel,and constructs the curriculum system network model for the engineering management based on the amalgamation of modularity theory and "triple-helix"theory,which could be used to illustrate the boundaries of curriculum module systems combining its curriculum modules,also the interaction among modules could be defined.Furthermore,it compares the modes and relevant mechanism for the development of innovative personnel of engineering management among the typical universities of China,USA and UK.In the end,it systematically puts some sugqestions regarding the development of innovative personnel of engineering management.
