摘要
从心理契约构建视角进行描述性统计分析,高职教师组织承诺整体呈现对隶属学院感情深厚、认同感和情感归属感强烈的正向良好状态,但因性别、学历、职称、年龄、学校属性、婚姻、职位等因素影响存在显著差异。要改善教师对高职院校的组织承诺关系,应从加强对女性教师人文关怀、完善制度鼓励教师专业研修、加强特殊年龄段高职教师的职业生涯指导、增设教师心理辅导、建立科学、公平、合理的职称评价体系等方面着手。
Descriptive statistical analysis from the perspective of psychological contract construction shows that the organizational commitment of higher vocational teachers presents a positive and good state of deep feelings and strong sense of identity and emotional belonging to colleges,but there are significant differences due to gender,educational background,professional title ,age,school attributes,marriage,position and other factors.To improve teachers'organizational commitment to higher vocational colleges,schools should pay more humanistic care .to female teachers,improve and perfect the system to encourage teachers to do professional research,provide career guidance for teachers at special ages and psychological counseling and establish a scientific,fair and reasonable academic title evaluation system.
