全国职业技能大赛对高职学院“工匠精神”内涵建构的推动作用——由“倒逼”走向主动

The Promoting Impacts of National Vocational Skills Competition on the Connotation Construction of "Craftsman Spirit" in Higher Vocational Colleges-From Anti-driving to Initiative

以经济学中“倒逼机制”为理论支撑,分析全国职业技能大赛对职业院校产生的逆推变革效应,着重从全国职业院校技能大赛精神内涵的角度讨论“工匠精神”意识内涵的价值,指出全国职业院校技能大赛在信念价值、职业价值、社会价值等三方面对职业院校精神内涵建设产生的倒逼逆推作用。由“倒逼”到主动,引发高职院校“工匠精神”意识内涵从物质文化、行为文化、价值观文化、创新文化等方面进行的主动再建构,促使高职教育良性发展。

Based on the economic theory of Anti-driving Mechanism,this paper analyzes the impacts of the National Vocational Skills Competition on the retrograde transformation of vocational colleges,mainly discusses the values of the connotation of Craftsman Spirit from the perspective of the spiritual connotation of the National Vocational Colleges Skills Competition,and points out that the National Vocational Colleges Skills Competition has impacted colleges in belief values ,profession values and social values.From "anti-driving"to initiative,the consciousness connotation of Craftsman Spirit in colleges is triggered to be re -constructed from the cultures of materials,behaviors,values and innovation so as to promote the development of higher vocational education in a sound way.
