在对就业能力及职业道德概念进行界定的基础上,重点论述校企合作视角下高职生就业能力与职业道德提升策略:产学研结合办学机制是提升就业能力与职业道德的前提;校企联合构建高职生就业能力与职业道德培养课程;让高职生深入企业感受就业能力与职业道德提升重要性。

On the basis of defining the concepts of employability and professional ethics,the study mainly discusses the strategies for improving students'employment ability and professional ethics from the perspective of school -enterprise cooperation.For example,the mechanism of combining production with study and research is the premise of improving employment ability and professional ethics;both the colleges and enterprises work together to develop courses to train students'employment ability and professional ethics;students are encouraged to go into companies to experience the importance of employability and professional ethics.
