我院2015年480张月经失调中药处方分析

Analysis on 480 Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions for Menstrual Disorders in our Hospital in 2015

目的通过对我院月经失调中药处方进行调查分析,了解我院月经失调中药处方用药特点及其存在的问题,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取我院480张2015年月经失调中药处方,利用Excel表格进行统计分析。结果我院月经失调中药处方中,补血药、活血药、补阳药、补阴药等用药频次较高,补气健脾用药相对较少。调查发现,中年妇女月经失调病人较多,病人用药天数在一定范围内与年龄成正比,另外,处方临床诊断失于笼统。结论我院月经失调中药处方总体合理,但在临床诊断和辨证用药方面还存在需要规范改进的地方。

Objective Through investigating the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for menstrual disorders in our hospital,to understand the medication characteristic and existing problems,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 480 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for menstrual disorders in 2015 were randomly selected.The Excel form was used for statistical analysis.Results In the.traditional Chinese medicine-prescriptions for menstrual disorders,supplementing blood drugs,activating blood circulation drugs,tonifying yang drugs and tonifying yin drugs are of higher frequency.Invigorating qi and strengthening spleen are relatively few.The survey found that middle -aged women are more menstrual disorder patients,duration of medication is proportional to the agea certain range.In addition,the prescription of clinical diagnosis is general.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for menstrual disorders in our hospitalare reasonable.However,clinical diagnosis and syndrome differentiation medicationneed to be standardized and improved.
